LASI (Layout System for Individuals) is a free to use Windows tool used to view and edit design files. It has been discontinued and the home page no longer exists. It used its own file format of which there are two variants. Files with the ending .tlc can store only a single cell whereas .tld files can contain a whole design. The data can be stored in physical values and in relative values. If the data is stored in relative values, it is converted to physical units via the lamba value. The LayoutEditor can import both of these formats. An export is not supported and no longer make sense because the LASI software is no longer available.
